Licensing
Regate Management FZE LLC is registered under Official Business License 262241141888. UAE real estate transactions are handled by RERA-licensed brokers registered with the Dubai Land Department.
Intermediary role
Regate acts as an intermediary. The purchase contract is concluded directly between buyer and developer or registered seller. For activities within Germany/Austria, any licensing requirements (e.g. § 34c GewO) are covered by the licensed partners involved.
Buyer protection
In the UAE, payments for off-plan projects are processed through regulated Dubai Land Department escrow accounts. We disclose details per project transparently.
Partner institutions
